• Responsibilities - Liaise with and support church staff (office manager, musicians, audiovisual/communications technician, child development center, pastor) - recommend salary, benefits, hiring, evaluation, job descriptions, grievances, etc.); keeps the employee handbook up to date; correspond with District and Conference office; sets the agenda for Personnel and Human Resources Stewards team; advances the mission/vision; maintains communication, attends Administrative Board meetings, representing the Personnel and Human Resources perspective; completes reports.
